Once you have placed your order on our website you will receive a confirmation email. Should you wish to change anything then please contact us immediately at sales@dungarees-online.com

Your order will be processed the following working day and you will receive an email telling you that your order has been shipped and this email will also include a parcel tracking code.

We offer a fully tracked service and ship all orders using the secure Royal Mail postal system and their "International Signed For" service. This means that your parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves our warehouse in the UK to it's final destination.

A signature is required at destination so you can be sure that the parcel will never go missing!

The parcel tracking code you will be given allows you to track your parcel whilst it is in the UK by visiting the UK's Royal Mail website and their Track & Trace option

Once your parcel leaves the UK you will still be able to track it's progress through the postal service in your country. The parcel tracking code remains the same.

The table below details the delivery charges and the destination delivery service that will be used together with the website address of the postal service.
